Here are the top questions our clients ask before getting started.

How do I get started?

We can get you up and running in about a week. We recommend a 30 minute demo to see the system and then our team can help with onboarding and training. Reach out to set up a call with our team, get a full tour of the software, and sign up to give it a try. We also offer month-to-month agreements if you don't want to sign a longer-term contract.

How does training work?

Training and onboarding generaly takes about a week and consists of two calls with your team. Our system comes with best practices and messaging templates included - making it easy to get going. Most of our customers are sending prospect messages after their first training call.

What systems can you integrate with?

We have integrations into many CRM and FSM systems and can look at adding yours if it's not already on the list. Check our our integraitons page to see the current list of partners and integrations we offer.

Do you charge for exports or integrations?

We do not charge per transaction fees in our system. However, depending on the level of integrations and data exports there may be a charge. Please connect with your account manager for details

How do you gather data?

We use a multi step API verification process, pulling from multiple data sources to ensure that all of our homeowner data is accurate and up to date. We also scrub everything through the national DNC registry to make sure you're staying compliant.

Is my client list shared with other companies?

We don’t share your proprietary client information. Your data enhances customer density and efficiency within our system. We add new emails and phone numbers to enrich Knock Through Glass data, benefiting all users while keeping your client list confidential.
